Victorian rental forms cover the agreements and disclosures required for residential tenancies, governed by the Residential Tenancies Act 1997. This includes residential rental agreements (Form 1 for agreements of five years or less, Form 2 for longer terms), rental application forms, and tenancy notices. Rental application forms must include prescribed information under section 29C of the Act, and from 31 March 2026 a specific prescribed form is mandated under section 30AC.
